Rich is a fantastic painter known for his covid mask portraits, a project that has traveled and exhibited widely. He is also a part of the Optics Division of the Metabolic studio. They make amazing photographic experiments like a truck-sized camera made from a shipping container and photgraphs that are developed in the salt-brine of the nearly-dry Owens Lake bed.
Rich is not afraid of color in his work and his site changes backgrounds as you move through it with tones reflecting each project.
